It has been a while since I posted. Life seems to have a way of keeping you busy.Every once in a while, you just need to stop and smell the flowers. I spent the weekend welcoming my eldest daughter into teenhood. Through the weekend, we took many moments to explore our relationship. My favourite part of the weekend found me elbow-deep in icing sugar as we ventured to make our own Cake Boss creation. While my cake decorating will not rival Buddy, we were successful and we did it together. This has not only jump started my creative spirit, it has me itching to get back into the world with my camera. Take a moment and find your own spark.
