Janna started her career with a full time graphic design and print production job with a local printing company before she had even graduated from Algonquin College. Janna has been an early adopter to technology and has seen this industry change exponentially over the last 25 years.
As the internet grew in popularity, Janna jumped into HTML courses to ensure she could better serve her employers. Since then she has designed hundreds of websites. Her unique skillset allows her to present a full package. She can create stunning graphics to support the content of a website and integration of technology.
Her path then led her to the marketing role with Ottawa’s economic development agency Invest Ottawa (previously OCRI and The Ottawa Life Sciences Council). She also worked as the eMarketing Manager in the advancement department of Ashbury college and then landed in a senior management role with a local marketing agency.
For the last 12 years, Janna has been a partner in her own full-service multimedia marketing agency, Karma Creative Solutions. Her role allowed her to touch on so many aspects of the industry. She has managed human resources, client management, sales, as well as executing a variety of client projects.
Janna also sat on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Tulip Festival and has been instrumental in the planning, marketing and execution of the festival for the past 5 years.
Ms. Glenn is looking for an opportunity to utilize her skills for a dynamic organization that she can help grow.
